Gatekeeper

Gatekeeper is a Tactical RPG mixed with tower defense elements.

In this world, there exists a dimension filled with a powerful and dangerous force known as the Abyss. When this energy touches a person’s subconscious, it creates a unique, formless entity that is neither good nor evil. This entity manifests as a door that breaches the boundary between the real world and the Abyssal dimension. It represents the incarnation of that person’s subconscious and constantly seeks to be unleashed.

People capable of using these doors to fight are called Gatekeepers, and there are two types. Lockers reject their entity and force it to provide them with Abyssal energy, controlling its power. Unlockers, on the other hand, embrace their entity and allow it to manifest freely in combat.

Together, these Gatekeepers join forces to seal individuals whose minds were not strong enough to resist the influence of the Abyss.
